Its offer is limited to Switzerland. By placing an order on the plusbaby.ch website, the customer declares that he\/she has read, understood and unreservedly accepts the terms of these general terms and conditions of sale, which are applicable in their terms on the day of confirmation of the order, according to their wording on the Plusbaby website. Plusbaby offers two payment methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A no-obligation monthly subscription, with payment each month. A monthly subscription entitles the subscriber to receive monthly deliveries of his or her choice of products until the customer decides to terminate the contract. By accepting this subscription, the customer accepts a monthly direct debit of an amount defined at the time of the initial order. So, for as long as the subscription lasts, the customer will be debited with the amount set automatically each month.<\/li>\n<li>The product chosen with a one-time payment. These customers can terminate their monthly subscription at any time in their &#8220;My account&#8221; area.<\/p>\n<p>If the cancellation occurs after the direct debit has been made, the order is deemed to have been concluded for the month concerned, and the subscriber may not demand cancellation of the order on the grounds of the cancellation request. The unsubscription will then be taken into account for the following month.<\/p>\n<p>To unsubscribe, customers can use the unsubscribe link in their &#8220;My account&#8221; area. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a specific product from your order if the packaging has been opened. If you are not satisfied with your order, our team will always be there to help you. If this is not the case, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the order. Failing this, the goods delivered shall be deemed to have been accepted. Product subscriptions are shipped in the middle of each month. With Poste delivery, the average delivery time varies between 2 and 5 days after the dispatch date, depending on where you live. This time is given as an indication by the carrier and is not guaranteed by the service provider.\n\nFor orders without subscription, the delivery times indicated at the time of checkout are provided by the carrier and Plusbaby cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to a delay in delivery.\n\nPlusbaby cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once the parcel has been sent, we decline all responsibility for non-receipt. In the event of a delay, the customer should contact customer service (info@plusbaby.ch), who will give him the tracking number for an inquiry with the Post Office.\n<ul>\n \t<li>The purchaser undertakes to check and provide correct postal details. In the event of an error, it is important to notify us immediately. Plusbaby cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery and\/or the respect of delivery times if these are inaccurate.<\/li>\n \t<li>Delivery anomaly. The customer must check shipments on arrival, and refuse the parcel if it appears to have been opened or shows any obvious signs of damage. In the event of anomalies, the customer must notify customer service within three (3) working days of delivery of the products. After this time, no claim will be considered.<\/li>\n \t<li>Change of address. In the event of a change of address, the customer must notify us at least ten (10) days before the beginning of the month in which the parcel is to be sent.
