Start by unpacking a test and removing the cap (don’t throw it away – keep it handy!) to expose the absorbent tip. Sit on the toilet and hold the test handle with the absorbent tip pointing downwards. Urinate directly on the absorbent tip for about five seconds or until it is completely wet. Replace the cap and lay the test flat to await the result. Wait three minutes before consulting your results.
