General Terms and Conditions

Plusbaby is a website of MedHealth SA at Chemin du Levant 8, 1023 Crissier. Its offer is limited to the territories of Switzerland. These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to all services provided by the Plusbaby website.

The present general conditions of sale are subjected to the Swiss law. By the mere fact of validating his/her order on the plusbaby.ch website, the client declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted without reservation the terms of these general conditions of sale, which are applicable in their terms on the day of the confirmation of the order according to their wording on the Plusbaby website. They may however be subject to change.

The subscription consists of the shipment, each calendar month, of the selected product(s) including tests to be done at home, food supplements or other products focused on fertility. Plusbaby offers two payment options:

  • A monthly subscription, with no commitment, with a payment each month. The monthly subscription, subscribes the subscriber to receive monthly delivery of their choice of products until the customer decides to terminate this contract. By accepting this subscription, the customer accepts a monthly payment of an amount defined during the initial order. Thus, as long as the subscription lasts, the customer will be debited with the amount defined automatically each month.
  • The product chosen with a one-time payment. The payment is made in one go and the order will not be renewed automatically.
The customer may terminate the monthly subscription at any time in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Article 4 relating to unsubscribing of these GTC.

The customers of a monthly subscription, can unsubscribe without commitment. These customers can terminate their monthly subscription at any time in their "My Account" area.

If the cancellation occurs after the direct debit has been made, the order is deemed to have been concluded for the month in question, and the subscriber may not demand the cancellation of this order on the grounds of his cancellation request. The cancellation of the subscription will then be taken into account for the following month.

To unsubscribe, the customer can use the unsubscribe link on his "My account" space. The cancellation of the subscription may also result from Plusbaby's decision in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Article 5 relating to the deactivation of the client account.

In the event of failure to comply with the obligations arising from the acceptance of these GTC, an incident of payment of the price of an Order, the provision of erroneous information when creating an account or acts likely to harm the interests of Plusbaby, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to the services offered on the site or, depending on the seriousness of the acts, to terminate the subscription and the client's account without any claim for damages.

The prices indicated on the site are in Swiss francs and include VAT. However, they do not include shipping costs, which will be invoiced at the time of checkout. Plusbaby reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The customer can only use the payment methods indicated in the order process.
