Start by unwrapping a test and removing the cap (don't throw it away and keep it handy!) to expose the absorbent tip. Sit on the toilet and hold the handle of the test with the absorbent tip facing down. Urinate directly on the absorbent tip for about five seconds or until it is completely wet. Replace the cap and lay the test flat while waiting for the result. Wait three minutes before viewing your results.
