General questions

What does discreet delivery mean ?

Your order will be delivered in a discreet, plain white or brown envelope. It will come with a shipping label unmarked with Plusbaby's name! We make sure your order is as private, convenient and reliable as possible.

How much does delivery cost ?

 

Delivery within Switzerland is free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase. 

What is the delivery time?

We ship your orders within 48 hours by post. For subscriptions, they are shipped twice a month, on the 1st and 15th of each month.

What payment methods are accepted ?

You can pay by credit card, Postcard or Twint.

Where do you deliver ?

At the moment Plusbaby only delivers to Switzerland. If you are interested in a delivery abroad, please send us a message.

What is my right of return ?

It is possible to return your order under the following conditions: in sound original packaging, which must not be opened, returned within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your envelope. The return must be made at the customer's expense.

Given the nature of our products and in accordance with consumer health protection regulations, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened. Returning a specific product from your order when the packaging has been opened is unfortunately not possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, our team will always be there to help you. Send us a message to [email protected] and together we will try to find a solution.

Automatic subscription

When will I receive the contents of my automatic subscription ?

Your order will be sent by the postal service around the 1st and the 15th of each month depending on the date of your order and so that you always have your treatment at hand. The format of our packaging has been designed to fit easily into your mailbox. The delivery costs are always free!

How do I stop or pause my subscription ?

Are you going on holiday or simply want to take a break? Nothing could be simpler, there is no obligation of duration, you can stop your subscription at any time! You just need to log on to your customer area and stop your subscription, with immediate effect. You can also change the frequency of your shipments and choose to receive your box every 2 or 3 months. It's up to you!
