General questions

Your order will be delivered in a discreet, plain, white or brown envelope. It will have a shipping label without Plusbaby's name on it! We make sure your order is as private, convenient and reliable as possible.

Delivery costs are offered on all home tests (pregnancy and ovulation tests). On all our other products, our delivery is also free if you subscribe to an automatic subscription for all the products in your basket.

In all other cases, delivery is free from a purchase of 75 CHF. Below this amount, delivery costs 7 CHF.

We ship your orders within 24 to 48 hours by post. For subscriptions, they are shipped around the 15th of each month.

You can pay by credit card, Postcard or Twint.

At the moment Plusbaby only delivers to Switzerland. If you are interested in a delivery abroad, please send us a message.

You can return your order under the following conditions: in its original packaging, which must not be opened, returned within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your envelope. The return must be made at the Customer's expense.

Given the nature of our products and in accordance with consumer health protection regulations, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened. Returning a specific product from your order when the packaging has been opened is unfortunately not possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, our team will always be there to help you. Send us a message to info@plusbaby.ch and together we will try to find a solution.

Automatic subscription

Your order will be sent via the postal service around the 15th of each month. The format of our packaging has been designed to fit easily into your letterbox. Delivery is always free!

Are you going on holiday or simply want to take a break? Nothing could be simpler, there is no obligation of duration, you can stop your subscription at any time! You just need to log on to your customer area and stop your subscription, with immediate effect. You can also change the frequency of your shipments and choose to receive your box every 2 or 3 months. It's up to you!
