Do yourself and your baby some good! This herbal tea has been specially designed for breastfeeding. Its delicately chosen formulation strongly stimulates lactation, aids digestion and relieves colic. It also contains fenugreek, recommended after childbirth to replenish the body and prevent exhaustion.

Use

1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 250 ml). For boiling water over the tea, leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, squeeze the bag lightly and remove.
