When should you take +mum capsules?

We recommend taking the +mum capsules with a meal for better absorption and digestive comfort. You are completely free to choose the meal(s) that suit you best: breakfast, lunch or dinner.

At what age can you start taking +maca or +fertimen?

+maca and +fertimen are recommended for adults aged 18 and over, ideally for men planning to conceive (at any adult age, with no upper limit). Consult a doctor if you have specific conditions, but our formulas are suitable for men of reproductive age to boost libido and sperm quality.

Do the +maca capsules have to be taken with meals or can they be taken on an empty stomach?

It is not mandatory to take them with meals, but we strongly recommend it for better absorption of nutrients (such as fat-soluble vitamins) and optimal digestive comfort. It is possible to take them on an empty stomach, but drink a large glass of water to avoid any discomfort.
