Should I take the pills at the same time?

It’s up to you! We find it easier to remember when you take them all at once. But some people prefer to take one in the morning and the rest at bedtime.

How often should I take +ferti capsules?

Every day: take 2 capsules a day, either in a single dose or one in the morning and one in the evening.

Why a vegan vitamin D3?
