Is it safe to take capsules that look darker or discoloured?

Why are some of my capsules darker or discoloured?

Some capsules may show slight colour variations or appear darker. This is a normal cosmetic effect caused by the natural properties of ingredients such as L-Arginine and L-Carnitine.

Do the +mum capsules have to be taken with meals or can they be taken on an empty stomach?

It is not mandatory to take them with meals, but we strongly recommend it for better absorption of nutrients (such as fat-soluble vitamins) and optimal digestive comfort. It is possible to take them on an empty stomach, but drink a large glass of water to avoid any discomfort.
