We have worked with fertility doctors to develop vitamins to support fertility. Through our well researched formulas, we have favoured nutrients that ensure maximum absorption.
+fertiwomen contains optimal doses of 15 high-quality essential nutrients, including folic acid, Coenzyme 10, selenium, iron and Arginine.
No milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, soy, peanuts, wheat yeast, gluten, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, artificial colours, preservatives or flavours.
Our +ferti range uses 5-MTHF folate (not synthetic folic acid) which is the most bioavailable folate available for food supplements. This formula ensures maximum absorption Read our article to find out more.
Folic acid is relevant for both women and men. Results from two independent studies* suggest that high doses of supplemental folate may help the body reduce the negative effects of environmental pollutants on fertility. It is also described as the vitamin of life.
Higher intakes of 5-MTHF have been correlated with a reduced risk of infertility, shorter time to pregnancy, lower risk of miscarriage and better outcomes from fertility treatments.

While most prenatal vitamin supplements use vitamin D from an animal source (lamb's wool), our +ferti range has been designed with vitamin D carefully extracted from seaweed to provide an easily absorbable vegan form of vitamin D3. Made with Vita-algae D, a sustainable, vegan form of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
+ferti has been designed with ferrous bisglycinate which is easily absorbed, causing fewer side effects and less likely to block the absorption of vitamin E and calcium.
An increased intake of vitamin E can significantly increase fertility in both men and women.
Arginine is one of the 20 amino acids that make up our proteins.
Taking L-Arginine is beneficial for both male and female fertility. It is often recommended for couples who are trying to conceive. L-Arginine assists the body in producing nitric oxide, which promotes blood flow to the genitals and ovaries.
Scientific studies now confirm that coenzyme Q10 supplementation can significantly improve fertility parameters in men and women.
Coenzyme Q10 is a powerful antioxidant that is essential for protecting the body from free radical damage. It is present in the mitochondria (energy centres of cells), in the blood and in cell membranes, among other things.
Vitamin B6 helps in the fertilisation process, as it increases the duration of the luteal phase during menstruation. In the luteal phase, the uterus becomes receptive to fertilisation and embryo implantation. In addition, vitamin B6 ensures the regularity of your menstrual cycles.
Vitamin B12 ensures balanced and quality sex hormones. In women, regular daily intake of vitamin B12 may optimise menstrual cycles, thicken the endometrium and promote ovulation.
Vitamin C is an essential antioxidant for men and women who want to become parents. In women, it increases hormone levels and helps regulate menstruation.
Studies have also shown that taking vitamin C is effective in stimulating fertility.
It is generally recommended that women of childbearing age take a prenatal supplement if they are not trying to prevent pregnancy, are planning a pregnancy in the near future, are trying to get pregnant, are pregnant or are breastfeeding. This recommendation is based on the fact that up to 45% of pregnancies are unintended.
Some of the most important growth for your baby occurs in the first month of pregnancy, often before you even know you are pregnant. This is why obstetricians recommend that you start taking a prenatal vitamin several months before you actively try to conceive. For the entire preconception period, we recommend our +ferti food supplement, which contains all the nutrients you need to prepare for and start a pregnancy.
Once your pregnancy is confirmed, you can take our +mum food supplement.
Our dietary supplement has been carefully developed from studies that reflect the latest research in fertility and conception. The development of the formula was led by our board certified OB-GYN, Dr. Alexandra Fischer-Stoca.
To ensure optimal impact, the dosage of each ingredient has been meticulously calculated based on the latest medical research data.
+ferti capsules are formulated with premium, highly bioavailable ingredients, including key vitamins and nutrients for maximum effectiveness and potency. This includes 5-MTHF folate, chelated iron bisglycinate and vegan-sourced Vita algen vitamin D3.
5-MTHF folate is the most abundant folate found in the human body. It is found naturally in food, but is most easily absorbed from a dietary supplement. MTHF folate is the most bioavailable folate found in food supplements. It can be used immediately by your body and does not need to be converted by the enzyme methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR).
Up to 25% of the population has a variant in the MTHFR gene (MTHFR 677TT) that significantly impairs their ability to metabolise folic acid. People with this MTHFR variation are also at higher risk of having a child with neural tube defects. The research is still preliminary, but people with the MTHFR 677TT variant are likely to benefit from MTHF folate supplementation rather than taking a folic acid supplement.
While most dietary supplements use vitamin D from lamb's wool, our vitamin D is carefully extracted from seaweed to provide an easily absorbable vegan form of vitamin D3.
Every day: take 2 capsules a day either in one dose or one in the morning and one in the evening.
That's up to you! We find it easier to remember when you take them all at the same time. But some people prefer to take one in the morning and the rest at bedtime.
