Customers with a monthly subscription can unsubscribe without obligation. These customers can end their monthly subscription at any time in their "My account" area.
If the cancellation occurs after the direct debit has been made, the order is deemed to have been concluded for the month concerned, and the subscriber may not demand cancellation of the order on the grounds of the cancellation request. Cancellation will then be effective for the following month.
To unsubscribe, the customer may use the unsubscribe link on the "My account" page. Unsubscribing may also be decided by Plusbaby in accordance with article 5 concerning customer account deactivation.
The customer may only use the means of payment indicated in the order process.
In accordance with current regulations, Plusbaby does not store or record customers' bank details.
It is possible to return your order under the following conditions: in its original packaging, which must not be opened, returned within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your envelope. The return must be made at the customer's expense.
Given the nature of our products and in accordance with consumer health protection regulations, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a specific product from your order if the packaging has been opened. If you are not satisfied with your order, our team will always be there to help you. Send us a message to [email protected]. and we will try to find a solution together.
Products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering by our service provider, La Poste. Product subscriptions are shipped in the middle of each month. With Poste delivery, the average delivery time varies between 2 and 5 days after the dispatch date, depending on your place of residence. This time is given as an indication by the carrier and is not guaranteed by the service provider.
For orders without subscription, the delivery times indicated at the time of checkout are provided by the carrier and Plusbaby cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to a delay in delivery.
Plusbaby cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once the parcel has been sent, we decline all responsibility for non-receipt. In the event of a delay, the customer should contact customer service ([email protected]), who will provide the tracking number so that an inquiry can be made with the Post Office.
These general terms and conditions of sale and the contracts concluded are subject exclusively to Swiss law.
Any dispute arising between the parties in connection with the conclusion, interpretation and/or performance of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud.
